When we speak of the Dynamic Content Gallery, we are speaking specifically of this part of the front page of your blog, where the Gallery plugin IS enabled: For this particular example, the plugin is configured to display a slideshow of 5 posts' images from any of the blog's categories. You've probably noted already that just by inserting an image into your post it does not automatically display in the dynamic content gallery.
